-2 oz. Dareringer Bourbon Finished in PX Sherry Casks
-1 oz. Simple Syrup
-4-5 Fresh Strawberries
-3 Mint Sprigs
-0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
-Sugar (For Rim)
-Mint & Strawberries for Garnish
-One Large Ice Cube
Directions:
1. Muddle strawberries, mint leaves, simple syrup, and lemon juice.
2. Add Dareringer Bourbon and stir.
3. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
